Full list of changes:

𝔁 = Not yet triggered
✓ = Change completed

Physical changes:
𝔁 - Mechanized innards. His limbs are full metal and hydraulics covered by transparent synthetic casing. The rest of the skeleton is mostly metal, and wires connect vital parts, but there's also a bone spine still in there, leading up towards his (organic) brain. Bone ribs protect a still-beating organic heart. Synthetic skin covers the whole ordeal, with a more realistic face-sculpt for the head and normal flesh-colored skin for the hands. The rest of his body (torso, arms, legs) is covered by a brown semi-transparent material. Real life inspiration picture here (CW: Animatronic insides)
𝔁 - Mechanized limbs. While these approximate and function like human limbs, they are much stronger.
✓ - Vocal cords replaced with a speaker.
𝔁 - A small monitor that measures John's vital signs, positioned on his chest atop his heart. Also shows his charge level (often inaccurate) and on occasion, starts transcribing his thoughts in blog style. Usually hidden beneath his clothes.
𝔁 - A small copper nameplate on his upper right arm. It reads: "John H. Watson. Confirmed bachelor" and includes the date of manufacture (10/04/163).
𝔁 - A need to feed on the energy of humans.

Abilities:
𝔁 - Travel or Stealth form: the ability to take the form of a (1980s or older) technological gadget no larger than the average cat. In this form, John will look like a normal gadget and will be able to move around as freely as its anatomy will allow. However, he will also be more vulnerable and depending on what the gadget is, may have difficulty moving around without assistance. (TBD)
𝔁 - The ability to extend his nerve-wires into the bodies of humans, extracting their energy directly. This can involve making a "complete circuit," wherein his electrical power is sent through his victim, electrocuting them to death.

Additional traits/notes:
𝔁 - Increased endurance.
✓ - Weakness to water. Even small amounts can trigger malfunctions and short-circuits, causing John to become physically impaired. This will mostly manifest through his right leg seizing up, and/or his left hand twitching, but can get worse depending on the amount of water he's exposed to.
✓ - Weakness to magnets. Exposure to magnets will disorient him.
𝔁 - Difficulty in reading emotions of others, though not necessarily in experiencing emotion himself.
𝔁 - Subservient nature. John is prone to suggestion and may have a hard time refusing orders from anyone.
𝔁 - Blunt demeanor. John doesn't soften his remarks unless he puts in conscious effort, and may simplify matters into black-and-white or right-and-wrong binaries.
