I'll leave a copy in your office, you can just tick off the ones you messaged. Just tell them who they're giving gifts to, any information you've got about them on there (I made some notes), anything you think would help. Let them know they can drop gifts off at the clinic if they need to, up to Christmas Eve - we'll get them distributed if they can't find the person themselves.
